Qualica-RD R&D and Innovation

We are manufacturers specializing in access control systems, automatic identification, and card personalization. From our facilities in Córdoba, we design, develop, and manufacture our own high-tech solutions that integrate custom hardware, software, and electronics. We don’t distribute—we manufacture. This allows us to control every stage of the product, from circuit design to final installation, offering our customers customized technology without relying on third parties.

Our High-Tech Developments in Access Control

We do not assemble off-the-shelf components. Every Qualica-RD solution is the result of an in-house R&D process that encompasses electronic design, firmware, management software, and mechanical manufacturing. This allows us to create products that do not exist on the market: turnstiles with integrated biometric readers, ruggedized terminals with state-of-the-art CPUs, time-and-attendance systems with offline facial recognition, and PMR kiosks with artificial intelligence.

Our technology is used in airports, bus stations, correctional facilities, factories, universities, and large-scale events. We take a tailored approach to each industry sector: controlling access at a festival is not the same as doing so at a nuclear power plant. This sector-specific expertise is what sets us apart from general-purpose manufacturers.

We actively collaborate with system integrators, engineering firms, and government agencies to develop turnkey solutions. From the initial concept through to production deployment, our team of electronic engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists supports each project with the precision demanded by high technology.
